Preparing for a Visit
It is strongly recommended that researchers contact the staff for an appointment as selected archival collections are stored at an off-site facility and require a two day delivery lead time.
Before their visit researchers should consult:
- Online finding aids to locate materials relevant to their research
(Note that three principle collections are used to provide genealogical information on alumni) - Protocols for the University Archives and Records Center to understand the policy on access to items and collections
- Regulations on the use, quotation, and publishing of material to be prepared for procedures researchers must follow to safeguard collections
- Service and Fee Schedule to understand what services are available, at the discretion of the staff.
